Had fun watching the surfers today. This beach has been a surfers beach for years and there was an old government RV park built here in the '70's. But the RV park was in a bad state of repair and it was sold to developers last
year. Now, all the land surrounding the beach is up for sale, most of it in small lots. You can buy a buidling lot here for $20k U.S. I expect the surfers will still come here, but I doubt they'll be camping on the beach 5 years from now.

This is Mexico, so dogs are allowed on the beach. We counted 13 dogs at one point, including Whiskey. It's funny, but the dogs here are very relaxed. I guess it's because they're used to being socialized with each other, so they don't get aggressive at all. Even Whiskey isn't afraid of them anymore, even the bigger dogs.
