Justin needed the car for work today, so Ruth, Lindsey, and I just hung around the house. Ruth and Lindsey did each other’s hair, while I removed all the old weatherstripping around the side door of Sherman. What a job getting all the old
glue off. And then, the new weatherstripping I had bought at Walmart in the US didn’t fit right. It was slightly too thick and the screen door wouldn’t close properly. But I only paid 75 cents a roll, so it was no great loss.

We went out for dinner at the pub Lindsey has been working at. It’s a “gastropub”…that supposedly means that it’s a pub like atmosphere that specializes in high quality food. And it was pretty good food, at reasonable prices. It’s called The Port Pub. After dinner, we stopped at Canadian Tire to get some different weatherstripping for Sherman.
