This morning, the temperature here in Kingston Ontario is -16C (3F). Fortunately, Kingston is on the shores of Lake Ontario, and it doesn't get quite as cold here as it does in other nearby areas. Ruth is visting her Dad today, and she tells me it's -21C (-6F) there, and that's only a two hour drive away.
I can't figure out why people live in this kind of climate. It is not suited for human habitation.
And so, I am daydreaming of Mexico. Here are some of the visions I'm having...
We agree !! Last weekend it was -35C, and with the windchill it felt like -49C. Teresa and I just kept saying " Why do we still live here ". Plus, Regina is on the boring ol' prairies, so it isn't even pretty in the summer !! So, we also are "Dreaming of Mexico"
