Snow

Well, there's a big snowstorm happening in Eastern Ontario today, so we are missing the warmth of Mexico and we were reminiscing a bit. Last year at this time, we were parked in a farmers field among the palm trees.


But, back to reality!




I have snow tires on the little car this winter, which is a good thing since I have to do my daily drive to Perth and back. On Monday, I got to test them out! As you can see above we had a little blizzard blow through then too...but my Goodyear Ultra-Grip snow tires are fantastic!

It's 85 km's (52 miles) each way, and it takes me about 3 hours including the pickups for the blood services company I do the drive for. It's good money, and I enjoy the drive. Plus, it's a scenic drive with a lot of lakes and cottages along the way.
