Need to do some maintenence on Sherman, and this looks like a good spot. I want to change the oil and we've got a belt that's making some squealing noises when we fire him up. And if it looks like the rain is going to hold off, maybe I'll get that new solar panel installed. And there are some nice bike trails here...too much to do!
Ruth and the camp shower...kinda rustic!
You can shower with the little frogs who live in the shower curtain!
Saw this little guy along the trail
You can rent this cabin for $10 per night!
So do you say, "Ribbit, ribbit in the shower??!!?!"
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are enjoying the trip. I only wish we could do something like this!!
Wheee heee heeeee that is quite the shower. Sure makes you appreciate the one in your motorhome, huh?
ReplyDeleteI think those frogs are called *Peepers*

Yup, almost compares to the outhouses in Baja Mexico. We were dry camping at the beach for around $5 a night. The outhouses didn't have doors on them. The RV'ers had set up a flag system so you'd know when they're being used. Sure was funny sitting watching the view of the mountains while you're doing your business.
ReplyDeleteI am deathly afraid of frogs and would have had a heart attack if I went into that shower!
ReplyDeleteI don't think this shower gets used much. Only cold water and lots of leaves. Not sure I would have a shower in there either, but the frogs would love the moisture I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteMy son saw those frogs and said "hey mom we need to go there!" - he loves frogs!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing!!!
