Did our usual morning walk down the beach, then sat under our palapa and read. I spent hours looking for whales, and we spotted 3 or 4 throughout the day, as well as a school of dolphins in the distance, some of them even fully jumping out of the water. I wish they had been closer.
A pretty lazy day, overall!
A year ago, we were already out of Mexico, and heading for Florida. Now, we’re still pretty close to our most southern point this year although it’ll be mostly north from here. We plan on crossing into the US around the end of March, so still have just over 5 weeks in Mexico.
