Playa Tangolunda (Huatulco, day 17)

When Ruth took Whiskey out this morning, she came back with my other sandal! It had a few tooth marks in it, so it was obviously a dog or two who had walked away with them during the night before. But I’m glad to have them back.

We did post yesterday BEFORE the post about our yearly finances, so you may have missed that post. You can read it here.

Didn’t do too much today. We’re thinking of a change of scenery tomorrow, so as soon as we get up we’re going to hop on our bikes and ride about 7 kms (4.5 miles) to Playa Bocana and see if there is anywhere worthwhile to park for a couple of days. There’s also a new ruins site that has opened just past there, so that’s another possibility and who knows what else we might come across. If we don’t see any possibilities, we’ll just head to Playa Zipolite.

Whiskey still likes to play with her ball sometimes

  7. Maybe the dog in question was planning on holding the sandal for a treat ransom.

  8. Chuck and Anneke...Well one of the dogs came to the door looking like he/she wanted Whiskey to come out and play. Maybe it thought Kevin's sandal was a toy.
