ATVing in the mountains with Gary (owner of the Altrarose Rancho RV Park), near Valle de Banderas, Nayarit
All the wonderful Mexican food for the campers at our Christmas feast at Hacienda Contreras.
Sal's mother and sister, Dona Teresa and Juana teaching us campers how to make tamales
And not one but two Mexican weddings
In the next day or two I will do Part 2, the second half of our six months.

ReplyDeleteI bet learning the tamal spread was fun! I've never got the hang of it. Gotta have just a bit of masa on the outside so when you recalentarlos, it is nice and crispy!
