Still, we had a nice walk and it was fun spending time with Lindsey and our grandchildren. Justin is working during the week, but he'll be out exploring with us this weekend!
We told Cameron he was going for a hike with us, and he put his backpack on!

Ruth, having fun with Cameron and Sadie.
And, we met some more loyal blog readers last night. We love meeting the people who follow our travels! Lindsey and Justin had met this couple in Dominican Republic a few years ago, and through that meeting Susan and Keith have become readers and facebook fans. In fact, they were actively recruiting people to vote for us to win our upcoming trip to Namibia so we were glad to be able to thank them in person for their support!

Cameron sure had grown. (Captain Obvious here) Hate to say it, but it's going to be a tough one when you have to move on. But then, you can look forward to coming back!
ReplyDeleteWe agree it is going to be tough saying goodbye to them when we head out in a little more than a week.
DeleteGreat family photo.
ReplyDeleteCameron is getting big so fast. I love Sadie's hair decoration. Too cute!
Sadie looks like a little china doll with that hair decoration on. She is such a cutie!
DeleteYour 'grandparent' photos are priceless, especially the one of a very happy Grandma with her babies. You'll love these in the years to come. One disadvantage of the wandering lifestyle is we don't see our grandchildren as often as we'd like. Have a wonderful time while you can.
ReplyDeleteI love that picture too Mary-Pat! Yes, that is our one big disadvantage of this lifestyle, so we are enjoying every minute we can with them.
DeleteI can hear your hearts singing from here!! Enjoy your time together. Just think of the stories Cameron & Sadie will be able to tell about their grandparents adventures!! Hugs to you guys, miss you!!
ReplyDeleteI am sure you can, Nancy and Doug! Miss you guys too, hopefully we will get a chance to see you in Mexico in March.
DeleteSadie is so precious and Cameron is adorable. Beautiful Family!
ReplyDeleteThanks Dianna!
DeleteYou're preachin' to the choir! :c)
ReplyDeleteI know we are!
DeleteYes it is so much fun enjoy it while you can!
ReplyDeleteWe will George, we will!
DeleteIsn't the grandparent gig just the best.
ReplyDeleteThat's the only reason we had children! ;)
DeleteNice photos! Looks like you are enjoying your time there. And beautiful fall colors on the trees!
ReplyDeleteThe colors on the trees here are perfect at the moment.
