But first, we made a stop at Luckett's Winery...
Lindsey works as a part time server there, so she gets a decent discount on the fairly expensive wine. She was supplying the steaks for dinner, so we splurged on some nice red wine to go with them.
They have a really good gardener at Luckett's Winery!
And a beautiful view over the grape vines.
Ruth and Lindsey on the trail.
This area is nice in the fall.
We had to go down this fairly steep section.
Somebody installed a rope to help out.
It was fairly slippery due to the rain.
Lindsey took this shot.
Little River Falls.
Odd fungus on this one tree.
After delicious steaks (thanks Lindsey!), Ruth and I went out to meet some friends at the nearby Tim Hortons. Jo and Steve are the couple who ran Cabri Park for two years after we left there. They happen to be living near Halifax for the winter and saw that we were close by so they came out and we spent an hour catching up on things.

The weather has turned kind of miserable here in Nova Scotia. Wet and drizzly, with a high of 12C (54F). Although, it's supposed to clear up for an hour around noon, so we'll try and get out with the dog for a walk then!

WiFi Digital Photo Frame. The list price is too high, but there is a 50% off coupon showing, then code RD66SKKG for another 30% off which makes this the cheapest I've seen.
And in Canada...
