Into our rental car, and off to do some exploring!

Our host here at the cheap hotel set us up with a cheap car rental. With an all inclusive cost of RM50 ($10.75 USD, $14.50 CAD) per day, we decided to take the car for a full week. 

No papers to sign, and pay cash in advance. Gotta love the island way of doing things!

We took off our sandals and walked along the shore.

The water is wonderful... I may even go for a swim myself!

It's a big tourist thing to go for a boat tour.

And we may do it... but we need to find some people to join us. The best price we could find is RM190 ($41 USD, $55 CAD) for a two person boat tour. But that is for a six person boat (which if full, the price is RM250) , so if we can find four other people to join us, that would make the price per person very reasonable.

We went and sat in the shade by the beach for a while.

Today I think we'll drive over to the more touristy part of the island near the airport.
