Ruth never left the room all day. I went out for a half hour power walk just to get some exercise.
I took three photos...
Riverfront walkway in Phnom Penh.
Not many people around because it's baking hot!
Pigeons.
Cambodia riverboat.
I went out to have some dinner at around 4:00pm and brought Ruth back some soup. It's all she ate all day.
But waking up this morning, she says she feels fine to travel... so we're definitely getting out of here! Taking the 12:30pm bus to Kampot!

And in Canada...
Glad recovery happened quickly. I think this is the first time I've read of either of you having a "travel tummy" or whatever they call it. Truth is, it happens at home too. Ha. You're both pretty sturdy. Keep on enjoying.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am not convinced that my tummy troubles were from bad food or water, it could have been a reaction to getting gluten that I didn't know about or just a bug of some sort. It really is hard to know the exact reason but you are right, this does not happen to either of us very often and we are quite ok with that.
