Our Amazon delivery guy has been busy!

I think he's been at our doorstep every day this week! 

There's a lot of stuff you have to buy when you're outfitting an RV from scratch... as well as the stuff we are buying to get Igor fixed up the way we want.

Most of what we've bought so far has been smaller items, because Amazon Prime Days run on Tuesday and Wednesday next week. So we've been saving most of the bigger items to see if they come on sale at a decent price. 

The best deal I got so far wasn't from Amazon though... I got a battery booster pack from Walmart.ca. A really handy item to have in a motorhome just in case for whatever reason your starter battery goes dead along the way. Don't want to be stuck out in the boondocks somewhere and not be able to start your engine. They have it on sale for $79.99 (tax included!), which is a fantastic deal here in Canada!

That's a good enough deal that guaranteed it won't be better during Prime Days.

At the time, there was a $50 off coupon showing. That has now been reduced to $30 off, but it's still a good deal. I am curious to see if it (or a similar unit) will be cheaper on Prime Day, but I doubt it.

The big item I'm looking for on Prime Day is the lithium house batteries. Lithium has now come down in price enough to be competitive with sealed AGM batteries... in fact, you'd be crazy not to buy lithium batteries now. They're definitely the way to go. Hopefully I can get two 100Ah batteries for under $500 CAD. We'll see.
